Application
Take a small amount of Shiner Gold Beard Balm from the can and rub it into the palms of your hands until it is soft and easy to apply. Go through the beard with your fingers and apply the beard balm from root to tips. For a silky finish, use a comb or brush.

In a small dry valley not far from the Rio Grande de Santiago in the state of Jalisco stands the small distillery of the Morales brothers, Lupe (alias El Piojo) and the older brother Humberto (alias Mosca). The two crooks keep their heads above water by bootlegging the blue weaver agave, from which the world-famous tequila is made. On behalf of Shiner Gold Europe, the Morales brothers produce the Scoundrel Booze.
The Shiner Gold Scoundrel Booze is bottled in American oak barrels and transported to the Gulf of Mexico via cumbersome sneak routes, where it is loaded onto transport ships bound for Europe. After a 6-month journey, the Scoundrel is bottled in Europe from the oak barrels.
Aroma: Smoke, walnut, cooked agave, slight yeasty note. Fruity sweet like pineapple or orange peel, herbal like mint and fresh pasture grass. Anise. Oak, damp straw, notes of roasted corn.
Taste: slightly sweet, predominant citrus notes. Cooked agave, sweet inherent aroma from the oak.

With a special combination of natural agents and extracts BEARD WASH ensures a thorough cleansing of the beard while remaining gentle to the skin at the same time. The sugar tensides and the moisture retaining cleansing agents, based on coconut oil, prove particularly effective in the process. Organic malt extract strengthens the facial hair, while oils of vetiver and grapefruit refresh and add a manly scent.

The specific characteristics of beard and face:
The beard hair is about twice as thick as normal scalp hair. That makes it stubborn and hard to control. The short beard scratches on other skin and once it’s grown to a certain length, the frizzy hair irritates your own skin. Particularly after trimming as it gets cut off at the thick part of the hair stem and the ends are sharp-edged. The skin on the cheeks and neck is especially stressed through regular shaving, the natural layer of moisture slowly removed.
Active ingredients and functions:
All oils have been especially selected for the care of beard and face. The grape seed oil supplies skin and beard hair root with vitamins and has a regenerating effect. The pure, cold-pressed organic almond oil prevents the skin from drying out and smoothens brittle beard hair. Organic broccoli seed oil naturally softens the beard and organic sea buckthorn kernel oil stimulates the tissue repair of the skin after the contour shave. When applying the product the oil encloses the beard hair and seals the sharp-edged ends after the trimming. The beard is easier to comb and sits more comfortably on the face. It’s quickly absorbed into the skin and makes it more elastic. Regular use makes the transition from a short to a longer beard easier – it will scratch less, the skin won’t itch. The typical OAK-scent is created by essential oils from vetiver, juniper and grapefruit.

The SHAVE CREAM perfectly prepares the skin for the shave.
Ingredients and functions:
The special smoothness and the excellent sliding properties on the skin are produced by saponification of potassium hydroxide (for liquid soap) and sodium hydroxide (for solid soaps). After at least 3 months of maturation period, the SHAVE CREAM has reached its final pearlescent structure. As a pure soap cream it creates a rich lather forming a gentle lubricant film. A special sugar beet extract helps the skin increase its moisture content, the skin barrier remains intact and is optimally prepared for the upcoming shave. Vitamin F protects and vitalises. The organic oak bark extract contained in all shaving products strengthens the skin and makes it more resistant. Its adstringent (tightening the skin) characteristics take full effect in the shaving cream – causing the hair to stand up.
